Duties
This serves as a timekeeper in the Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC), which is part of the Revenue Operation subdivision of the VA Chief Business Office (CBO) Workforce Management - Human Resources (WFM-HR) office in Topeka, Kansas. The actual physical location of this position is in the Las Vegas, NV. Your duties may include (but will not be limited to):
·Provides advisory and technical assistance to staff and management regarding time and leave;
·Posts, examines, computers, and balancing hours on time and leave records;
·Interprets and applies regulations regarding appointment entitlement;
·Determines appropriateness of hours being charged and types of special pay;
·Performs leave audits on personnel with low leave balances;
·Performs clerical duties with a minimum amount of technical assistance in a wide variety of forms, report, etc...;
·Perform updates of files, data entry and patient account information;
·Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
