We provide direct and support services to all non-appropriated fund (NAF) employees who work for Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR), Navy Gateway Inns & Suites (NGIS), and Navy Getaways throughout the FFR Program worldwide.


This position is located in the Military Ticket Program (MTP) under the Recreation Branch, Fleet Readiness Division, Fleet and Family Readiness Department. This position is to provide support to the Commander Naval Installation Command (CNIC) Head Quarters (HQ), MTP Manager.  Performs a variety of duties in support of the Military Ticket Program (MTP) in all areas pertaining to the daily functions of the program that may include responsibility and accountability for inventories and funds, as well as, ticket order and distribution, inventory levels, close-outs, assistance with associated trouble shooting and assistance to end users.

Duties


In order to qualify for this position, resumes must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the position. Applicant resumes are the key means for evaluating skills, knowledge, and abilities as they relate to this position therefore, applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing experience.
Responsible for providing customer service, information and support of the MTP.  Service to MWR customers includes, but is not limited to: providing information about accounts and program/service offerings, opening and closing facilities, ordering and restocking supplies, and preparing electronic notifications to participating installations.  Is accountable for the accuracy of daily transactions/orders and completes a Daily Activity Report (DAR) at the end of every shift.
Assists in processing customer internal MTP site requests, and initials log-ins and issues.
Checks the MTP physical ticket stock in and out of all database systems (MTP site and vendor site), records any applicable credits or payments, inventories stock and completes inspections upon arrival, return and transfer to installation.  Notifies supervisor or program lead if damage or loss has occurred.  Ensures all forms/invoices are properly completed and inventory procedures are followed.  Conducts inventory for proper accountability of program liabilities and resources.
Inspects, maintains and performs upkeep maintenance and repairs on all equipment and resources.
Assists in administering traditional trainings in a variety of MTP subject areas, in tune with offerings popular in the local and National area of customers, including but not limited to How to Create E-tickets, Payment Invoice Submission, Ordering & Returning, or balancing your MTP Account.
Assists in day-to-day administration of multiple programs to which assigned.  Performs inventory of various types of tickets deemed to have cash value.   All administrative duties are accomplished through a variety of means, including computer software programs which track resource inventories, patron usage/comments, and program standards metrics. 
Assists in the planning, coordinating, publicizing, marketing and execution of the MTP and special promotions.  May assist in updating of electronic and multi-media support tools.  Seeks ways to promote MTP services utilizing outreach opportunities through day to day interactions with installations.
Develops working partnerships with both on base and off base organizations (service vendors, hotels, hospitality industry, etc.) to support and benefit the MTP.  Responsible for the community outreach to assist in the development of contacts.  Researches and provides information and referral for a variety of opportunities for individuals/families on and off the base.
Adheres to NAVMED P-5010 sanitation requirements. Initiates and follows up on maintenance trouble calls to get equipment/facility issues resolved.  May perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
