KingAlarm Services Ltd. seeks to fill a vacant positions for our Kingston and Montego Bay locations.

Gate Opener Technicians

The ideal candidate is required to indicate proof of Technical skills, troubleshooting ability, time management skills, accuracy and computer competencies. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Installation, maintenance of gate opener systems including:

1. Gate and barrier systems
2. BFT and other gate systems

• Maintain positive working relationships with clients
• Troubleshooting and repair various systems

Knowledge, skills and Abilities:

• Knowledgeable of alarm and access control systems
• Ability to design tele-entry systems
• Ability to troubleshoot devices
• Ability to work well in a high stressed environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, outside of Kingston
• Diligent, alert personality
• Knowledgeable of power tools and most hand tools
• Assemble and label security hardware and equipment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technical certification and over five (5) years experience required in related field
• Four (4) or more CXC or CSEC subjects
• Possess valid driver's license
• Over three (3) years driving experience
