The new Phase II LTC Requirements of Participation (ROP) and Survey Process effective November 28, 2017 are fast approaching, and integrating food, nutrition and dining are integral components for success. This informative webinar will present key nutrition related areas in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) revised Requirements for Participation for Medicare and Medicaid-certified nursing facilities and the new Survey Process. An overview of the most current information, tools and resources will be presented such as the Phase II State Operations Manual (SOM) Appendix PP FTags with surveyor Interpretive Guidance, the new computer-based LTC Survey System, and use Critical Element Pathways.
