Our client, who is located in May Pen, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join their small team and be an integral part of their fast-paced manufacturing and distribution plant.
Essential job functions include:

- Performs various administrative and office support duties, utilizing standard office equipment to include:
- Screening incoming calls and taking and transmitting messages; greeting and directing visitors
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings;
- Performing data entry
- Filing, faxing documents; typing and word processing
- Prepares, reviews and/or processes a variety of routine correspondence, reports, logs, information, paperwork, invoices, forms, agreements and/or related information in assigned area of responsibility; keys information into applicable spread sheets and/or databases
- Creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Monitors and restocks office supplies and materials
- All other related duties and assignments as required by the management team
Job Requirements/Skills
To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, the individual should be able to demonstrate and provide the following:
- Minimum: high school, at least five (5) CXCs
- At least two (2) years working experience in administrative role
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office, spreadsheets, calendaring, HR liaison, travel and corporate correspondence
- Reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently and keep the office running smoothly
- Positive and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail, high level of accuracy, analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional approach using proper office etiquette while maintaining high levels of confidentiality
- Strong work ethic and stress management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Must be customer service driven with a strong focus on team building
