• Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns
• Actively listens, communicates clearly and concisely and assures customer understanding

Skills needed:

1. Fluent in Spanish
2. Proficient at working on a PC
3. Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback
4. Position is contingent upon passing a criminal background check
