These positions are located at the NAF Human Resources Office.
This job may require you to travel on and off the installation.

Duties

1. Assists senior Human Resources staff working in a Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources Office.
2. Coordinates with management officials to recruit for position vacancies.
3. Creates and posts vacancy announcements.
4. Rates resumes for qualifications, hiring preference/priority criteria and other job-related criteria.
5. Refers qualified candidates to management for consideration.
6. Performs miscellaneous clerical work such as using office automation to type a variety of documents; compiles information from reports, creates and maintains folders and respond to applicant or management inquiries.
7. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

Qualifications

1. Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession demonstrating the capability to performing recruitment and
placement functions such as posting vacancy announcements and rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility.

2. Possess experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.). Possess prior experience
using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.

3. Highly Preferred: In addition to above minimum qualification requirements, applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human
Resources Office in a recruitment and placement capacity.

2. Subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks IAW AR 215-3 to include a non-sensitive background investigation.
3. This is a CHRA NAF Career Path I position. Incumbent must complete the requirements for CHRA NAF Career Path I within eighteen (18) months of entrance into CHRA Career Path I.
