GENERAL MANAGER

Advantage Best Enterprises, newly established Manufacturing company located in Manchester with over 19 years in the construction sector seeks suitably qualified persons to fill the following positions:

GENERAL MANAGER
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager is responsible for overall management, performance and efficiency of all advertising,marketing and sales operations. The duties include:

• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the business operations
• Ensure production, materials, quality assurance/control, accounting/payroll information systems, human resources and sales units meet their goals while operating at the highest level of efficiency 
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that staffing and competency levels are achieved/exceeded in all aspects of the manufacturing process to facilitate productivity and growth
• Monitor operation expenses and research ways to improve revenue and reduce costs while maintaining product quality 

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration/ Engineering/Operations Management
• 2-4 years’ experience in a leadership position, of which minimum years must have been at senior level 
• Technical knowledge and Experience in Production, Quality & Maintenance operations
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in construction Operations
• Must be proactive & have excellent time management skills 
• Must possess excellent Communication & Decision making skills
