About the Position:This position is a Administrative Support Assistant (OA) position with the US Army Corps of Engineers - Tulsa District in the Real Estate Division. The position is located in Tulsa, OK. Incorporated in 1898, Tulsa lies in the heart of "Green Country", a fertile forested region of rolling hills in northeastern Oklahoma. Duties
As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will perform as a centralized point of contact in all administrative and clerical services to the Branch. Duties include, but are not limited to, office automation, administration support, time and attendance functions, filing, and written and oral communication.Prepare travel orders and vouchers for supported employees.
- Input time and attendance utilizing a reporting system.
- Review incoming and outgoing correspondence for conformance to regulations, grammar, formats and special policies.
- Maintain office files in compliance with regulations.
- Order supplies for the Branch.

- Business travel up to 5% of the time
