Duties
The Program Support Assistant position serves in the Prosthetic and Sensory Aids Service of the VA Montana Health Care System within the VA Medical Center in Fort Harrison, MT. Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:
- Types documents, memorandums, letters, and reports.
- Tracks and monitors contract usage using spreadsheets and reports.
- Manages the front desk phone and messages.
- Orders office supplies.
- Researches/resolves undelivered and/or partial unmatched payments within the purchase card program beyond thirty (30) days.
- Enters sick and annual leave data.
- Liaison with Payroll and Timekeeper staff.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Financial Disclosure Report: Not Required
