Description:
Responsibilities

1. Second in command in the absence of the Store Manager 
2. Create a welcoming atmosphere and responds quickly to issues arising in the moment 
3. Provides strong leadership for the team and ensure all guests receive excellent service 
4. Assist Store Manager in partnering with corporate office to increase sales and promote merchandise as well as expand market 
5. Leverage individual strengths of team members and create a developmental plan for future growth 
6. Receive deliveries and maintain stock levels at all times 
7. Manage inventory, and ensure timely re-order of items in the store 
8. Maintain communication with Store Manager on strength, opportunities and trends in the business 
9. Assist the Store Manager in delivering on-the-job training and coaching as needed 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in retail 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Fluency in Spanish will be an asset 
• Associate Degree 
• Fluency in Spanish will be an asset
