Child Development Centers – Watters CDC #1; Watters CDC #2; Eagles CDC; Gardner Hills CDC; Fitness CDC; Tennessee CDC; School Age Centers – Airborne SAC; Bastogne SAC; Gardner Hills SAC; Kids on Site; Parent Central Services - We provide quality full-time and hourly childcare for children 6 weeks through 5 years of age. SAC provides affordable before-school and after-school care in a quality program that meets the needs of youth and parents. Our staff insures all children receive the proper nurturing, respect and social interaction skills regardless of family background, race, gender or culture. We give our children the opportunity to make friends, to explore and to experiment through a variety of play activities. Must be able to work between the hours of 4:45 a.m. and 7:15 p.m.

Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
·Receives children, youth, parents, and other visitors in a courteous manner.
·Answers telephones, ascertains nature of call and directs caller to appropriate staff, takes a message or personally provides desired information.
·Utilizes an electronic cash register system and calculator to compute and record individual transactions for customers and to enter data into predefined categories for regulatory signed statistical reports and tracking of income data as it pertains to the CYS program as required.
·Inputs data into CYMS as required.
·Provides administrative support including typing/word processing, mail preparation, copying, distribution, telephone calls, and travel orders for CYS personnel.
·Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
·Skill in operating a manual or electric typewriter and current automation system and software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel) required.
·Must be able to type 40 wpm.
·Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation and composition techniques needed to accurately type a variety of material from written sources or voice recordings.
·Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
HIGHLY PREFERRED:
Knowledge of formats, forms, typing policies and common terminology of a Child and Youth School Services program (such as used in CYMS, RECTRAC or similar program systems).
6 months of experience working with Child and Youth School Services (CYSS)

Conditions of Employment
