The Lok Jack GSB Bizbooster is primarily a SME growth centre and commercial business incubator established by the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and its foundation partners. The Bizbooster is a collaborative relationship among private enterprise, academia and government aimed at providing innovative startups and existing companies with a wide range of services, financial and non-financial resources for growth, success and sustainability.

As an Administrative Assistant in our Bizbooster Unit your main responsibility will be to support the Unit in all administrative areas and to coordinate the logistics for projects and programmes. The position requires you to also implement data and conduct knowledge management for the Business Incubator.

The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for managing the Unit’s website. Your responsibilities therefore also include but are not limited to, updating of the website’s content and artwork, reviewing website functionality and evaluating approaches and strategies for website enhancements.
